(September 10, 1938 - October 28, 2011)
Our loving husband, father, Pa Pa and friend passed away early Friday morning at home with the love of his life by his side after a short battle with melanoma cancer. He was born in SLC, Utah to George and Muriel Petersen.
Survived by his wife and best friend, Vicky; daughters, Jody (Bill) and Robyn (Russ); son, Lance; grandchildren, Dallas (Lyndsy), Jenna (Mitch), Arlin, Jessie, Bailey and Aubrey; great-granddaughters, Kate, Lyla and Summer; sisters and brothers, Betty, Victor (Evelyn) and Renee (Keith). Preceded in death by his parents; sister, Dorothy; brother, George; and son, Mack, Jr. We would like to thank everyone from Hospice for Utah for the kind care they gave to Dad.
Services will be Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 S. State St. Viewings will be at the mortuary Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. and 10-10:45 a.m. Wednesday. Interment: Murray City Cemetery.
