Paul Arthur Danielson

(December 7, 1928 - October 9, 2011)

Dad is on his final fishing trip
Paul Arthur Danielson, 82, peacefully passed away October 9, 2011. Born December 7, 1928 in Salt Lake City to Olivia Broadbeck Danielson and Hyrum Arthur Danielson. Attended University of Utah. Served in the National Guard.
Dad was a talented and well respected mason contractor throughout the intermountain west. Many buildings throughout Salt Lake City still stand and reflect the craftsmanship of his masonry skills.
Dad would go fishing every day if he could. He loved Strawberry Reservoir, Pelican Lake and his 1963 Hydroswift boat. He also loved hunting, camping, his dogs and gardening.
Survived by daughters Lauren Danielson Ptacek (Andy), Paula Rutkovitz (Marty) and Meg Alexander (Jerry), three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Also survived by his dear friend Madge Jeremy and her family.
Preceded in death by his parents, sister Helen and son Brian.
Private family services will be held with a celebration of his life to be announced.
